Tour of the Pol Roger vineyards

An inspirational tour of the Pol Roger vineyards and cellars ended with a champagne tasting and dinner at the Chateau. Pol Roger invited Emma Willis to collaborate in a joint celebration of Hand Craftsmanship, so important to us both, and a little bespoke EW collar on a bottle of classic Pol Roger Brut Reserve weds our mirrored philosophy.
