Summer in St James’s

As St James’s quietens a little for the summer happily GQ Luxury Editor Nick Foulkes was still strolling the street with his inimitable flair for dressing and formidable wit, and following a visit to catch up with our news writes about us in his Swell Boy column in FT How to Spend It this weekend.  Our Gloucester Factory is buzzing cutting and sewing our winter collections and evening shirts for David Gandy’s Vanity Fair Shoot at Annabel’s this morning.  His instagram this afternoon shows a beautiful shot of him in our white sea island cotton evening shirt, and black silk grosgrain bow tie, styled be renowned menswear image consultant Joe Ottoway.  For summer black tie, a white sea island cotton with a pique bib front or pleated front is coolest and most elegant shirt, and can made with sleeves and back in lightest swiss voile.
