Packing With Pleasure

Are you a slow, careful Summer holiday packer, or do you pack last-minute and hurl hastily chosen shirts, t-shirts, swimming trunks, sports stuff, hats and sunglasses into your case to emerge crumpled and missing a couple of absolutely vital things, such as your wash bag?

Now imagine laying out in preparation six linen shirts, 2 whites and 4 shades of blue from pale sky, mid blue, deep blue and bright turquoise, 6 matching linen boxer shorts, two linen dressing gowns in pale sky and turquoise, and how lovely would they look together to guarantee you will be looking and feeling fantastic.

All the other pieces can be added calmly around this palette of whites and blues. You have a shirt for every occasion, boxers, and a dressing gown for elegant breakfasting, or a gown for the deck, pool, or seaside.

I have to say my packing tends to be the hurling version, but I do love making beautiful clothes for our customers and might have to create my plan for the perfectly packed Summer suitcase in our Jermyn Street window soon!
