Looks Even Better on a Man

One of the most successful shirt advertisements ever created was a picture of a woman in a man’s shirt, with the headline ‘Looks even better on a man’. Women of course, can look so good in a man’s shirt.

Here there is no buttoning the fronts, the shirts worn open over our Swiss cotton t-shirts, which for a shirt jacket works particularly well with the heavy 290 and 300 gram Italian linens in the new SS26 shirt collection.

I have just arrived to stay with friends in Italy for a few days and am looking out over the very beautiful Lake Como as I write. One of the couples, also great friends of many years, kindly both wear our shirts and are looking very elegant on the terrace under the climbing lemons in white and pink linen.

Lucy said her husband had put on her pink linen shirt that morning in error, and it was the reverse buttoning front which first alerted him.
