The website and the goods are provided by Emma Willis Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 3698533 with a registered office; 66 Jermyn Street, London, SW1Y 6NY. When we refer to “you” or “your” we are referring to the user of the website and purchaser of the goods.

By purchasing the goods from emmawillis.com, you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions set out by us.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions under which the website and goods are provided. Any such change will be effective with new orders once new conditions have been published on the website. What personal data do we collect and why?


We collect your personal data when you place and order online, over the telephone, by email or in our Jermyn Street Shop and by signing up to receive our marketing communication.  The data we collect is the information you have provided.  


We use data to:


  • Take your order, process payments (no information is stored), assisting in managing and fulfilling your order, and provide after service care.
  • Deal with your enquiries and requests.
  • Send service related communication. 
  • Email marketing communication when permission is given, by signing up through our website, or if permission is given in our Jermyn Street shop at point of sale. 


Under the law we must have a valid legal basis to process your data.  You will receive communication from Emma Willis if you have opted in at www.emmawillis.com, given permission at point of sale in our Jermyn Street Shop or if you have purchased from us.  We will send relevant emails to you regarding your order.

Sharing your personal data


Your information will not be sold, rented to any company or individual outside Emma Willis.


However, we share your data with the following companies as an essential part of being able to provide our services to you:

New Customers

If you wish to sign up to our newsletters, you can subscribe by clicking the register button located on the homepage of the website and entering your details. Any changes to your details , or if you would like to unsubscribe, please contact us by emailing customerservice@emmawillis.com or call us on +44 (0) 20 7930 9980.

Once you have created an account, you will be able to log into your account history, by using your email address you registered with, along with the password created by you.  If you have forgotten your password, click “forgotten password” and a new password will be sent to your email address. By creating an account you can also enter your collar size, waist size, sleeve length and shoe size, so this will automatically be selected when you are browsing goods on the website.

Descriptions & Product Information

We will endeavour to ensure that all details, prices and photographs of goods and descriptions are correct at the time of adding to our website, however due to factors such as differences in monitors and screen settings we cannot guarantee the following; The colour you will see on your monitor will be an accurate reflection of the colour of the product.

Online Shopping

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in GB Pound Sterling, the US dollar section of the website will be showing all prices in US dollars and the EU Euro section of the website, will be showing all prices in EU Euros. Delivery charges apply and this will shown in the checkout process.  Prices quoted in GB Pound Sterling include a VAT at 20% (UK Tax) and are subject to change if the applicable rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted.  Emma Willis’ VAT number is 730 9307 46. For customers outside of the European Union, VAT deduction will be taken off at checkout. You will be responsible for any local tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination which are not included in the price of the products. The shipping charge will be applied during the checkout process.

Once you have confirmed your order we will send you an Emma Willis order number which will appear in your order confirmation and will be sent to the email address you have provided. This number can be accessed in “My account” , which provides you with an order history for your reference.

Gift Vouchers

Emma Willis online gift vouchers can only be redeemed at www.emmawillis.com. It cannot be used in our Emma Willis store. An In-Store gift voucher can be purchased online and can only be redeemed in our Emma Willis store.

The online gift voucher is sent via email to be redeemed online.  

Emma Willis cannot be held responsible for any online gift voucher which is emailed to an incorrect address supplied by the purchaser, or which is lost, stolen or deleted.  We also cannot take responsibility for Online gift vouchers that cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls or other security measures.  If you have not received your voucher please email us at customerservice@emmawillis.com or call us on +44 (0) 20 7930 9980. An Emma Willis online gift voucher or in store gift voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or vouchers.  

All refunds of Goods purchased from Emma Willis with the online gift or instore gift voucher will be made in accordance with our refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Telephone/Email Sales

Emma Willis are happy to help all customers in placing orders through our website.

Once your order has been placed on Emma Willis, you will be required to enter your payment details.  Your order will be acknowledged with an order confirmation via email, this will be send to the e-mail address you provided at point of sale.  If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact customerservice@emmawillis.com or call us +44 (0) 20 7930 9980. For the safety of both the consumer and Emma Willis we will check the information provided, and Emma Willis may contact you to request further proof of the your personal details, this is to protect both the consumer and Emma Willis.

We do reserve the right to not accept your order.  Such non-acceptance may result from one of the following reasons; Our inability to obtain authorisation of your payment or we consider the payment not to be fully genuine.

Payment, Safety & Security

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours, All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  If the card issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorise payment to Emma Willis, we will not be able to process your order and we will contact you to inform you that the transaction cannot be processed. Emma Willis takes all reasonable care to make its online shop as secure as they can.

Emma Willis offers paypal as a method of payment also.


Orders above £350.00 entitles you to free shipping (includes UK and International customers).

Standard UK delivery - £10.00

Standard International delivery - £20.00

Delivery times are subject to stock availability and to possible delays due to credit/debit card authorisation, compliance with customs controls and any other factors outside our control.


If you are in any way unhappy with your good(s) you may send them back for a refund, exchange or a credit note to : 66 Jermyn Street, London, SW1Y 6NY. Please note returns are not excepted on Bespoke shirts (and if you have approved your sample shirt, the final shirts and sample shirt cannot be returned or alterered, if you would like this to be done there is a fee for this service) nightwear and underwear, however if you do have any queries with your bespoke shirt(s) please contact us at customerservice@emmawillis.com or +44 (0) 20 7930 9980.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of goods being received.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept used or customer damaged items and therefore cannot give a refund or exchange in these circumstance, your statutory rights will not be affected.

Emma Willis will not be responsible for covering the return charges unless the goods received are faulty or incorrectly supplied, In both cases the correct good(s) will be shipped without incurring any further charge. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper, without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
