Ronnie Scotts Fundraising Fashion Show - Emma Willis

Ronnie Scotts Fundraising Fashion Show

I hope you have all had a very good Christmas.  My favourite Pre-Christmas was the Fundraising Fashion Show we put on at Ronnie Scotts to raise money for Shirts for Soliders and launch Sticks for Soliders.

We themed the models, The 2011 graduates of Eton College, on Adam Ant, and the great man himself very generously played for us.  It was a pleasure to present the first hand carved walking stick with a silver band engraved with regiment and initials to Lieutenant Alex Horsfall, who I met measuring for a bespoke shirt at Headley Court military hospital in 2009.  We were also thrilled that Sergeant Simon Harmer, Mark Fincham and Giles Duley could attend the event, who are amongst the inspirational people I have been privileged to meet at Headley Court. With the money raised on the evening we will continue to make shirts for the Young Injured Servicemen, and make a stylish Bespoke Walking Stick for anyone that needs one.

I really enjoyed showing my Women’s Couture Collection, modelled by the girls at Downe House School.  I styled them as haughty daughters on route to their father’s castles, swooning as they are held up in their horse drawn carriages by Adam the Highway Man.

Most loved Celebrity Photographer Richard Young kindly photographed the evening, so please follow our blog over the next few days for the story of the evening, through his great images.
