All Emma Willis Bespoke shirts are made in England in their Gloucester factory using the finest Swiss and Italian cottons.
Emma Willis, GQ's Shirt Style Shrink, has been specialising in bespoke shirts since 1987 and from her London store in Jermyn Street since 1999. Adhering to the highest standards of English shirt making; single needle stitching, cross stitched buttons, mother of pearl buttons and patterns all matched at seams.
All of her Egyptian cottons are spun, woven and yarn dyed in Italy and Switzerland and many of the stunning fabrics are exclusive to Emma Willis. You will be advised as to the best weight of Cotton for your lifestyle, such as Voile, Batiste, Oxford or even Cashmere and Cotton or a Cotton and Linen mix, and the various style details of your bespoke shirt.
If you're looking for a bespoke mens shirt in London please make an appointment with Emma Willis. There is a minimum order of 3 shirts, with the first sample shirt made in white Poplin. This initial shirt is £200 and subsequent shirts depend on the fabric chosen, but range from £280 - £340. The sample bespoke shirt takes approximately 4 weeks to be made. We will contact you for your fitting at the shop, and the order will then take 4 to 6 weeks to be completed. Your bespoke paper pattern will be kept in our workroom for future orders and your measurements will be added to an account online so should you wish to purchase from our site in future, you can do so, to your specifications at the click of a button.
