All Emma Willis Bespoke shirts are made in England in their Gloucester factory using the finest Swiss and Italian cottons, and bespoke tailoring in London.
Emma Willis has been specialising in bespoke shirts since 1989 and from her London store in Jermyn Street since 1999. Adhering to the highest standards of English shirt making; single needle stitching, cross stitched real mother of pearl buttons, and patterns matched at seams.
Raw West Indian Sea Island and Egyptian cottons are spun, yarn dyed, woven and finished in Switzerland and many of the stunning fabrics are exclusive to Emma Willis. We will advise you as to the best weight of cotton for your lifestyle, such as Poplin, Voile, Batiste, Oxford, Cashmere and Cotton or Cotton and Linen mix, and the various style details of your bespoke shirt.
Emma Willis Bespoke Tailoring launches in June 2017, and measuring, pattern making and cutting will take place at the Jermyn Street shop.
If you would like to make a bespoke appointment at our Jermyn Street Shop in London, please contact us to book an appointment. Emma is available for bespoke appointments in Jermyn Street on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. There is a minimum order of 3 shirts, with the first sample made in white Poplin. This initial shirt is £310 and subsequent shirts depend on the fabric chosen, but range from £310 - £420. The sample bespoke shirt takes approximately 4 weeks to be made. We will contact you for your fitting at the shop, and the order will then take approximately 4 weeks to be completed. Your bespoke paper pattern will be kept in our work room for future orders and your measurements adjusted accordingly where necessary.
