How do I order?

We offer 4 ways to order:

1) online at www.emmawillis.com. Choose the item you wish to order, click on 'add to bag' then click on your shopping bag in the top right corner to proceed to checkout. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact us on +44(0)20 7930 9980 or at sales@emmawillis.com

2) via phone on +44(0)20 7930 9980. Our fully trained team can take your order over the phone as well as advise you on cut, style, availability and shipping options. We are also very happy to help out with any special requests.

3) You can write to us with the details of your order. Please send your order to Emma Willis, 66 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6NY, United Kingdom. Please don't forget to include your contact details so we can follow up with confirmation and arrange payment.

4) Visit us. We have a London store at 66 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6NY. Please contact us at sales@emmawillis.com

What payment options do you offer?

We accept credit card and debit card payments.

All payments are taken in Sterling and conversions are guides only. If shopping from outside the United Kingdom your credit card company will convert the Sterling transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro and Solo.

How do I know my order has gone through online?

We send you an email confirmation of your order with a unique order number. If you have not received this please contact us at sales@emmawillis.com or call us on +44(0)20 7930 9980

Do any tax charges apply?

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of UK taxes (VAT) at the current rate (17.5%). For orders placed outside of the European Community it is your responsibility to claim any tax back. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

What delivery options do you offer?


We will deliver to the UK within 5 working days for stock items using either Royal Mail or Courier.

For non stock items we will advise you on our delivery times.

Packing and delivery costs are: 


1-3 shirts £10.00


4-7 Shirts £15.00


8-11 Shirts £20.00


12-15 Shirts £25.00


16-20 Shirts £30.00

International delivery 
Delivery within 10 days, the shipping cost will be confirmed with your order.

No Delivery?

If your item has not arrived within the timeframes specified, please email Emma on sales@emmawillis.com quoting your order number in the subject line and a member of the team will deal with your enquiry as a priority.

What if I want to return my item?

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a Credit note to: 66 Jermyn Street , London , SW1Y 6NY Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
